Meet Justin Murcia
Construction and Construction Management With a Hands-On Perspective
As owner of Murcia Group, Inc., Justin Murcia brings more than two decades of hands-on experience to construction project management in Los Angeles. He manages residential and multifamily projects through every phase, combining practical field knowledge with organized project controls.
His background spans construction management, building maintenance, and property inspection. From coordinating schedules and budgets to overseeing procurement, quality assurance, communication, and change management, Justin helps clients navigate complex construction projects with greater clarity and control.
Having completed more than 3,000 home inspections, Justin brings a detailed understanding of building systems, construction quality, and potential project challenges. His experience supports a practical, client-focused approach to residential construction management.

Professional Background
Since I started working in the construction industry in 2003, I have built my career through hands-on construction work, progressing into leadership roles and gaining experience in construction and project management.
Previously, I owned and operated Inspect A Home, conducting inspections of condos, townhomes, and single-family and multifamily residences.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a foreman and construction manager on residential and commercial projects, including ground-up construction, additions, and remodels. I also managed building maintenance and preventive operations at a commercial sports and fitness club.
